Please note our approximate delivery time is currently running at around 2 weeks from the date we receive your order. Lead times can vary during periods of increased demand or stock shortages.
We are unable to store products for more than 8 weeks after the order is placed.
We currently offer the following home delivery service :
For orders to Mainland UK we now offer free standard and premium delivery. Your delivery type will be determined at the checkout by the products added to your basket.
Free Standard Delivery
We use Parcelforce for smaller items, which are offered on a 'delivered to your door' basis. You will receive an SMS to advise the date for delivery. If you are not in they will either leave a card, leave it with a neighbour or with your local Post Office.
Free Premium Delivery
For large furniture items our specialist delivery partner, ArrowXL, will deliver to the room of your choice and remove all packaging.
Arrow XL will contact you via SMS to offer you a choice of available delivery dates and to book your delivery.
24 hours before your chosen delivery date you should receive an SMS confirming that delivery will be attempted between 7am – 9pm.
The day of delivery you will receive a SMS with a 2 hour time slot and you will also receive a call to advise they are on their way. If you have any queries regarding your delivery you can contact Arrow XL via 0333 2120198.
Delivery Outside of Mainland UK
As well as delivering to Mainland UK, we will also deliver to Northern Ireland and The Isle of Man for an additional surcharge of £35. Please note these orders will have a longer lead-time.
Full Assembly Service
Our assembly service includes the delivery and full assembly of our products in the room of your choice and the removal of all packaging.
Upon receipt of your products, it is important that you carefully check over the items and bring to the attention of the delivery team any faults - either cosmetic or structural - and make sure this report is noted to the delivery team and recorded on the delivery note before you sign it. If the goods cannot be checked at the time of delivery you must inform Boori within 14 days of any problem with your Boori product. Reports received after 14 days from the delivery date will not be accepted unless there are exceptional circumstances. Any damage to product or property caused by the delivery must be reported to Boori within five days in order for us to process a claim on your behalf. Problems should be reported to our Boori Customer Service Team.
Collection of products
In line with our consumer terms, in certain cases a collection charge may apply for unwanted items. Please see below the current charges for Boori to collect an unwanted product from you. Products must be unused and in their original packaging.
