If you do find the same Boori product for sale at a lower price from a UK mainland high street competitor, either in store or online, you can request us to match the price.
How to Request a Price Match
Simply let us know by phone or email where you have seen the lower price (please include the website address if sending an email).
Please note, the following must apply for your claim to be valid.
- The product must be from a Mainland UK store or website.
- The lower price needs to be publicly available to all customers. For us to verify these prices, they need to be displayed in the retailer's own shop or on their website.
- The lower price must apply to a new, identical individual product, that’s the same make, model, size, colour and in stock.
- The product must also have the same service conditions.
Our team will review your request internally. If your claim is accepted and the product is lower in price and in stock, we will match the product price (excluding delivery) when you purchase directly from Boori.
