Please note our approximate delivery time is currently running at around 2-3 weeks from the date we receive your order. Lead times can vary during periods of increased demand or stock shortages. Unfortunately we're unable to store products for more than 8 weeks after an order is placed, 4 weeks for clearance products.
We currently offer the following home delivery services:
Due to Covid-19, there will be some changes to our current delivery service to protect our delivery personnel and customers.
From the 30th March, our delivery partner will no longer be able to collect customer returns or swaps until further notice.
Free Standard Delivery
For smaller items we use Parcelforce, these items will be sent on a 'delivered to your door' basis. You will receive an SMS to advise the date for delivery. If you're not in they will either leave a card with further information, leave your delivery with a neighbour or with your local post office. Although we’ve not yet heard of any changes to their usual delivery service, please be aware that during periods of high volume, customs parcel processing may encounter unavoidable delays.
Free Premium Delivery
If you have ordered larger furniture items, these will be sent using our specialist delivery partner ArrowXL. They have updated their delivery service to allow them to operate efficiently during the current challenging environment.
From Monday 20th July 2020 and until further notice, our delivery partner ArrowXL will deliver to a nominated drop point (e.g. hallway, garage etc) or room of choice providing nobody in the household is self-isolating, experiencing flu-like symptoms or has recently been exposed to anyone at risk of having Coronavirus. Please note ArrowXL will not be able to remove packaging at this time. We ask that only one member of the household is present and that a minimum distance of 2m is maintained throughout the delivery. Since 30th July 2020, ArrowXL have reverted to doorstep delivery for any areas where local restrictions have been applied including Greater Manchester, East Lancashire and parts of West Yorkshire.
Customer order booking and SMS messaging will continue to follow the normal process. ArrowXL will be in contact within two working days of your order being processed to organise a suitable delivery date. 24 hours before your chosen delivery date, you should receive an SMS confirming that your delivery will be attempted between 7am - 9pm the following day. On the morning of your delivery, you'll receive an SMS with an allocated 2 hour time slot and your delivery driver will call when they're approximately 30 minutes from your location.
Commencing on Monday 16th March during the crew pre-call, ArrowXL will ascertain if any member of the household is self-isolating or showing any signs of illness. Should this be the case, they will offer two options: -
- Delivery to the door, where a POD image will be taken, and the crew will complete the POD details on their hand-held terminal.
- Allow the customer to postpone their delivery to a future post isolation date.

For orders to Mainland UK we now offer free standard and premium delivery. Your delivery type will be determined at the checkout by the products added to your basket.
Assembly & Other Services
COVID-19 UPDATE - please note, due to the current situation we cannot offer assembly with your order.
Our assembly service includes delivery and full specialist assembly of our products in the room of your choice and the removal of all packaging. The cost for this service will be calculated at the checkout and will be based on the products in your basket. Please allow a 2 - 3 week lead time, you will be contacted via SMS to book your delivery date.
Delivery Outside of Mainland UK
As well as delivering to Mainland UK, we will also deliver to Northern Ireland, The Scottish Highlands and The Isle of Man for an additional surcharge of £35. If you're ordering hardware to be delivered outside of Mainland UK please contact our office via 01635 295 670 and we will calculate your delivery charge. Long Lead-time Delivery (8-12 weeks)
Some of our darker finishes and kids' products are available on a longer lead time. We will contact you once we have confirmation that the stock is due into us. Once the stock is received your order will be sent to one of our nominated delivery partners to arrange delivery.
Upon Receipt of Delivery
Upon receipt of delivery it's important that you carefully check over the items and bring to the attention of the delivery team any faults, either cosmetic or structural, and make sure this report is recorded on the delivery note before you sign it. If the goods cannot be checked at the time of delivery you must inform Boori within 14 days of any problem with your Boori product. Reports received after 14 days from the delivery date will not be accepted unless there are exceptional circumstances. Any damage to product or property caused by the delivery must be reported to Boori within 5 days in order for us to process a claim on your behalf. Collection of products
In line with our consumer terms, in certain cases a collection charge may apply for unwanted items. Please see below the current charges for Boori to collect an unwanted product from you. Products must be unused and in their original packaging.
- 1 piece of furniture - £47.00
- 2 pieces of furniture - £76.00
- 3 or more pieces of furniture - £100.00
- Smaller items include guard panels or mattresses - £15.00
