Delivery services may be disrupted due to the ongoing strike action by the Communication Workers Union (CWU). Please allow for this when placing your order.
Our Delivery Methods
Free Standard Delivery
For smaller items we use Parcelforce, these items will be sent on a 'delivered to your door' basis. You will receive an SMS to advise the date for delivery. If you're not in they will either leave a card with further information, leave your delivery with a neighbour or with your local post office. Although we’ve not yet heard of any changes to their usual delivery service, please be aware that during periods of high volume, customs parcel processing may encounter unavoidable delays.
Free Premium Delivery
If you have ordered larger furniture items, these will be sent using our specialist delivery partner ArrowXL. They have updated their delivery service to allow them to operate efficiently during the current challenging environment.
Customer order booking and SMS messaging will continue to follow the normal process. ArrowXL will be in contact within two working days of your order being processed to organise a suitable delivery date. 24 hours before your chosen delivery date, you should receive an SMS confirming that your delivery will be attempted between 7am - 9pm the following day. On the morning of your delivery, you'll receive an SMS with an allocated 2 hour time slot and your delivery driver will call when they're approximately 30 minutes from your location.

If your order has failed delivery ArrowXL will contact you as soon as the order is able to be re-booked.
For orders to Mainland UK we now offer free standard and premium delivery. Your delivery type will be determined at the checkout by the products added to your basket. Deliveries to Highlands and Northern Ireland will incur a surcharge. Unfortunately, we do not offer delivery to Isle of Man, Channel Islands or the Republic of Ireland.
Long Lead-time Delivery
Some products are available on a long lead time of up to 12 weeks, these are marked as such on the product page. We will contact you once we have confirmation that the stock is due into us. Once the stock is received your order will be sent to one of our nominated delivery partners to arrange delivery.
With the exception of long lead time products, unfortunately we're unable to store products for more than 8 weeks after an order is placed, 4 weeks for clearance products.
Upon Receipt of Delivery
Upon receipt of delivery, it’s important that you carefully check you have signed for the correct number of boxes. If there are any boxes missing, please email us on [email protected] immediately.
Any damage caused to the product or property during delivery must be reported to us within 5 days. This will enable us to process a claim on your behalf.
Regardless of when you plan to use your furniture, all items need to be checked within 14 days of being delivered. If there are faults with any product(s) purchased, please make a warranty claim. Any issues reported after 14 days from the delivery date will not be accepted unless there are exceptional circumstances.
Please do not dispose of any boxes until you’re happy with your order. Any items that need to be returned or replaced strictly need to be returned in the original packaging.

Collection of products
In line with our consumer terms, in certain cases a collection charge may apply for unwanted items. Please see below the current charges for Boori to collect an unwanted product from you. Products must be unused and in their original packaging.
- 1 piece of furniture - £47.00
- 2 pieces of furniture - £76.00
- 3 or more pieces of furniture - £100.00
- Smaller items include guard panels or mattresses - £15.00
