Warranty Registration

At Boori, we believe in building quality products to withstand the bumps and knocks of family life. All our products come with a manufacturers warranty to protect against the unlikely event of a manufacturing fault. By registering your product with us, we'll be able to retrieve your details much more quickly, making the process as efficient as possible for you. Your product's warranty details can be found within the warranty document supplied with your new product.

For timber products with a 3 year warranty, you can extend your manufacturer's warranty by 2 years. Please note this doesn't include discontinued or clearance items. Please fill in as much information as possible so that we're able to find your original purchase details.

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law

Any benefits provided to you by a Boori warranty are in addition to other rights and remedies available to you under the law. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
