Boori offers delivery of products within Australia only. It will take us 1 to 3 business days to have your order processed, and then usually another 2 to 10 business days for delivery. However, please allow for up to 20 business days for delivery. Once your delivery has been arranged, you will receive an email or phone call with delivery information.
Orders are usually delivered by general third party carriers such as Australia Post, Toll or Hunter Express. All carriers deliver to the front door of the home only. They will not enter the premises. For apartment buildings, carriers may deliver to the foyer or other ground floor delivery receiving location. For safety reasons, carriers are not obligated to take items inside a room or upstairs.
Deliveries usually require someone present to receive and sign for items. If no one is present, they will leave a contact card for you to arrange collection/re-delivery. Alternatively, if your area is safe, Authority to Leave (ATL) can be requested at the checkout.
Delivery is calculated as a flat rate depending on the heaviest item category. This means you can add more items of the same or lower weight category, and this will not affect the delivery price. You can find a product’s delivery rate by using the Delivery Estimator on the product page.
Orders are only delivered when all items are available. Therefore, if you have a pre-ordered item, we will hold off on delivery of the order until this comes into stock. All items in your order are despatched at the same time but may get separated in-transit.

If you’re in NSW, there is an option to collect from the Boori Eastern Creek warehouse; this option will appear in the checkout once you enter your postcode.
