Where can I see Boori products? 

Visit our stockist page to find your nearest retailer. Items on display will vary from store to store, so if you're after a specific item we suggest that you phone ahead.

What safety standards do your cots and cot beds meet? 

All our cots meet the Australian and New Zealand safety standards AS/NZS:2172/2003

How do I know which mattress I need? 

All our cots and cot beds have a label on the base board. As well as providing you with important safety information, this also states a recommended mattress size. We've written a helpful mattress buying guide over on our blog.

When can I get spare parts? 

Smaller hardware products, like bolts and glide pins are available to purchase directly from our website here. If you can't find what you're looking for, please use our enquiry form to contact our Customer Services team.

Why does my cot bed emit an odour? 

Like all new products that have been carefully wrapped in protective packaging, naturally occurring gasses accumulate. Even a nearly odourless material like wood may build up a strong smell if kept in a closed box for extended periods. What you can smell is this build up dissipating, it is called offgassing and is a naturally occurring process. 

Can I track my order? 

For some deliveries, Boori may use specialised transport companies, which do not provide tracking. In these cases, the transport company will contact you directly to arrange the delivery day.

Hardware orders usually do not come with tracking. These are sent via Australia Post and you should receive these within 10 business days.

Why won't the Shipping Method section won't let me place my order? 

The shipping calculator works on just the postcode. Though delivery can be arranged to most addresses in Australia, there are some restrictions placed on particularly remote addresses. 

Additionally, particularly heavy and bulky items e.g. dressers and wardrobes are limited to Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide and Gold Coast metro areas.

Zip Pay isn't working, what should I do? 

If you're having issues with Zip Pay, please ensure that the billing address and email details you have entered match up with those same details in your Zip account. If you're still having issues please contact zip via 02 8294 2345.
